Mr. Pierre-Olivier MAILLIARD brings his rich experiences in Hotel Management to Riverside after 10 years working in the Hospitality Industry. Prior to join to Riverside, Pierre Olivier had been a General Manager of Bhaya Cruise in Ha Long, Hong Ha Hotel in Hanoi and Management Consultant in numbers of other hotels throughout Vietnam. Being fluent in French and English with an excellent customer services skill, Pierre Olivier will be a valuable asset to Riverside. Pierre Olivier will be on site 24/24h to make your life as comfortable and pleasant as it can be.

 

Hieu is possibly Riverside’s most well-known team member as Resident Service Manager. Having been with the organisation since 2002, Hieu has a range of experience throughout the facility that serves him well in his current role. Throughout your time at Riverside you are sure to come across Hieu and he will be only too happy to help you settle into life at Riverside and in HCMC.
