“April is the last spring month before it starts getting hot and humid all over the country. Except for the last few days when everyone is preparing to take off for the long holiday, the rest of the month remains calm and most tourist attractions are by and large not as crowded as later months. April sees significantly more rain than previous months, especially towards the end of the month.

This period of the year is known to be the hottest, with average temperature of 28°C. The peak is 39°C around noon time in late April.

April 30th is a public holiday for the grand celebration of Vietnam reunification and will be followed by the International labor Day which will allow many families to enjoy a five-days long weekend!
