for 4 people
4 bintje potatoes
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
2 pinches of salt and pepper
Peel potatoes and onion. Then grate them.
Press the preparation into your hands to remove as much juice as possible.
Add eggs and flour to the mixture to give more consistency. Add salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan, pour a spoonful of oil. Heat. Using a spatula, place the preparation in the pan and flatten it into patties.
From time to time, turn the patties in order to have a perfect cooking. Remove them from the pan when they are “tanned” and still soft to the heart. Add a pinch of salt and serve.
Improve the recipe by adding grated cheese and/or fried bacon.
