  • 1. What is the distance between District 1, downtown HCMC, and Riverside in District 2?
  • 20 minutes by Riverside Boat Transfer, and approximately 15-20 minutes by car or shuttle bus transfer, dependant on the time of day. We recommend more time for car or shuttle bus transfers be allowed at peak times (7 – 10am, and 4 – 8pm).

  • 2. Are there any international hospital/clinics nearby?
  • There is a local hospital in District 2 and many international clinics in District 1 and District 3. Below are some addresses and contact numbers for your convenience:

  • 4. Are there supermarkets nearby?
  • Yes, there is a convenient store located on site, An Phu supermarket (about 5 minutes away by car) or Metro Cash & Carry in An Phu (about 10 minutes away by car).

  • 5. Does Riverside provide wifi internet?
  • We provide free cable internet. Wifi is available in some public locations within the property including the Fitness Centre, pool area and blu Bar & Grill.

  • 6. Does Riverside have a steam bath/sauna?
  • No, but we have a full Fitness Centre and Tip2toes Salon is located on site, offering a range of massage, nail, hair and beauty services.

  • 7. What are the main nationalities amongst the Residents at Riverside?

  • 8. Is electricity included in the rent and what are the average expected electricity charges per month?
  • Residents pay electricity separately to rent. The average electricity charge for a 1 bedroom is approximately US$50/month, 2 bedrooms is approximately US$80 – US$150/month, 3 bedrooms is approximately US$150/month.

  • 9. Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
  • There is washing machine in large 3 bedroom and 5 bedroom apartments. There is a laundry building equipped with washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing boards and residents can use the laundry facilities with our compliments.

  • 10. Are clothes drying racks provided?
  • No, but our Resident Services team will happily provide a list of places where they can be purchased.

  • 11. Where do residents hang their clothes to dry?
  • Residents can dry their clothes by using Riverside’s dryers or buy a clothes drying rack/hanger.

  • 12. Does Riverside provide outdoor furniture?
  • We do not provide outdoor furniture for balconies.

  • 13. Does Riverside hold any resident events?
  • We are proud to host a regular series of events including monthly Ladies Night Functions, Morning  Tea’s with Guest Speakers and a range of events at special times of the year including Christmas, TET (Vietnamese New Year) Celebration, Mid Autumn (lanterns) Festival or Halloween for example. These events including foods, beverages and entertainment are provided with Riverside’s compliments.

  • 14. Where do residents order drinking water?
  • We are happy to arrange this on the Resident’s behalf through our Resident Service Office.

  • 15. Does Riverside experience any flooding due to large amounts of rain in the wet season?
  • We have never experienced any damage at Riverside due to flooding and maintain a regular water-proofing maintenance procedure for all villas.

  • 16. Can residents return any unused furniture to Riverside if they do not need it?
  • Yes it can be arranged to be stored if you do not wish to use it.

  • 17. Does Riverside have an Electric back up generator?
  • Yes, this way our Residents are protected from power cuts.

  • 18. What is Riversides Pest Control procedure?
  • Pest control sprays throughout the facility every Monday and upon request from residents.
